these pictures of you in my tummy are gonna start slowing down due to the double chin i've got going on and the fact that at times i think my butt is bigger than anything else on my body.
every day around 3pm i crave french fries. i'm working reaalllllll hard not to eat any. every blue moon i give in.
i also crave dr. pepper like no one's business. i allow myself one a few times a week.
i eat tums like they're going out of style. except i HATE them so i have to plug my nose when i eat them.
my 3rd trimester has brought some real exciting things my way:
-a deep hunger that never goes away
-restless leg syndrome all night long.
-lower back pain
-i walk like an old person due to the hip malfunction i've got going on.
basically, i go through a lot of ben gay and use a heating pad like i'm 92.
the good news is that:
-i stopped craving candy - which is amazing.
-i started on the nursery...and i must say that i am mighty excited about it. might be my favorite room in the house.
-i haven't had to go to the bathroom every hour yet. which is a miracle in itself.

i think it has been just within the last few weeks that i actually realized that i'm having a baby in 12 weeks. i've almost blocked it out of my mind because i'm honestly still terrified and nervous about how everything is going to look now. but every day i get more excited and every day i feel more ready. isn't that how its supposed to be? i think that's why God gave us 40 weeks to prepare.
baby girl....i love you even when you kick my ribs.
sorry that big brother sits on you sometimes.
you probably need to get used to it.
